Custom and personalized orders

WHY ARE THE PERSONALIZED BLANKETS LIMITED AND WHY DO THEY TAKE SO LONG BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED?
There is now only one person fulfilling and processing orders. The personalized blankets take longer then the other blankets. My family comes first so I need to make time for them by limiting the amount of personalized blankets I do.

Care instructions

HOW DO I WASH MY PERSONALIZED BLANKETS?
I recommend to wash the stamped blankets or personalized items on delicate cycle with Mild detergent. Please do not use any kind of bleach (including color safe bleach) or you will be sad. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. The cotton knits will shrink, to avoid any shrinking don't put in dryer. Warm iron if needed.

Wholesale availability

I do offer wholesale on occasion. Please contact me and I can let you know if I am offering it at that time.

Shipping Turn around time

I work my hardest to get all orders out within 1-2 weeks. Shipping times vary depending on location. All blanket orders in the US are shipped via priority mail which takes 2-3 days. Headbands and bibs in US are shipped first class mail which takes 3-5 days. If you would like your headbands and bibs to be shipped priority mail please message me and we can arrange it.

International Orders: Orders ship within 1-2 weeks after payment is received. We try our hardest to get your items to you in a timely manner. We ship USPS First Class Mail which can take anywhere from 6 business days to 8 weeks depending on where you are located. We have no control over the speed of delivery. We ship from the United States. So be aware of how long it can take.

Conversation turn around time

All convos made to us on Etsy will be answered within 24-48 hours. Once again we try our best to answer you as quickly as we can.
